Sleep and exercise

Sleep is very important to a person with migraine headaches. But the person with the migraine headaches can't get too much sleep but they also have to have enough sleep. Lack of sleep will cause headaches but too much sleep will also cause headaches as well.
Exercise is also important for a person with migraine headaches because when exercising the body is moving which is helping the brain.
